How delivery works

From checkout to your driveway In 6-12 days

Lifts and shop equipment ship by freight truck, not by parcel carrier. Here is exactly what happens after you order, and what to have ready when it arrives.

  1. Day 0

    You place the order

    We confirm stock with the manufacturer right away. If anything is on backorder, we email you before your card is charged.

  2. Business days 1-5

    It leaves the warehouse

    Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of the unit shipping.

  3. Then 5-7 days

    In transit by freight

    It travels strapped to a pallet on a freight truck, not with UPS or FedEx.

  4. Day 6-12

    Delivered to your curb

    The freight company calls ahead to book a delivery window with you.

What to have ready on delivery day

  • Curbside means curbsideThe driver unloads at the end of your driveway. Moving it inside and installing it are not part of freight delivery.
  • Plan how you will move itA forklift, a tractor with forks, or a few strong people and an engine hoist. Tell us before it ships if you need a liftgate truck.
  • Someone needs to signThe carrier books an appointment window, so plan for an adult to be there when the truck arrives.
  • Inspect it before you signWalk the pallet and check for crushed corners or torn wrap. Write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves, then send us photos within 24 hours.

Are you an authorized dealer?

We're authorized for every brand we sell, so you get the full manufacturer warranty, exactly as if you bought direct.

Do you price match?

Yes. If you find the same model for less from another authorized seller, send us the listing and we will match it.

Do you charge sales tax?

No sales tax in most US states. On a lift, that is real money saved.

Can I finance my purchase?

Yes. Shop Pay and Approve are both available at checkout, so you can spread the cost over monthly payments.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most orders reach your door in 6-12 days. In-stock orders ship within 5 business days, and your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of the unit leaving the warehouse.

How is it delivered?

Lifts and large equipment ship by freight truck to your curb. Most products show the freight cost at checkout; larger or specialty items are quoted before you order. Want to skip freight? Many products offer Warehouse Pickup with no freight charge.

Can I pick it up myself?

Many products can be collected from a warehouse near you, which skips the freight charge. Choose Warehouse Pickup on the product page.

What should I do when it arrives?

Inspect it before you sign. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and send them to us within 24 hours.

Will it fit my garage?

How much ceiling height do I need?

It depends on the lift and your vehicle. Every lift page lists the max lifting height. Add your vehicle's height plus a few inches of clearance, or call us and we will check it with you.

What concrete do I need?

Most 2-post and 4-post lifts need at least 4 inches of 3,000 PSI concrete, but requirements vary by model. The exact spec is in each lift's manual, and we will confirm it before you buy.

Is installation included?

No. Lifts ship ready for installation by you or a local installer, and we can point you to one.

After the sale

Can I return it?

Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless the brand's own policy on the product page says otherwise. Because freight is expensive, returns carry a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
