Installation
Concrete Requirements: The installation area must have a minimum concrete thickness of 3.93 inches (100 mm) with a compressive strength of at least 3,000 PSI. Failure to meet these standards may lead to equipment failure, resulting in serious injury or death.
Warranty
Katool offers a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and product defects, along with a 3-year structural warranty for vehicle lifts. An optional 2-year extended warranty plan is also available for added coverage.
