What to have ready on delivery day
  • Curbside means curbside The driver unloads at the end of your driveway. Moving it inside and installing it aren’t part of freight delivery.
  • Plan how you’ll move it A forklift, a tractor with forks, or a few strong people and an engine hoist. Tell us before it ships if you need a liftgate on the truck.
  • Someone needs to sign for it The carrier books an appointment window, so plan for an adult to be on site when the truck arrives.
  • Inspect it before you sign Walk the pallet, check for crushed corners or torn wrap, and write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Signing a clean receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.

Equipped with stackable rubber lifting pads and heavy-duty saddle adapters as standard, the OH-15 is capable of servicing everything from passenger vans and fleet vehicles to larger commercial trucks.
