The Atlas Maxima® ML-4030BC Mobile Column Lift is a professional-grade lifting solution designed for heavy-duty truck repair, fleet maintenance, transit facilities, and commercial service centers. Unlike traditional fixed lifts, this portable mobile column lift system allows technicians to lift vehicles wherever they are needed, maximizing valuable shop space and improving workflow efficiency. Each column provides an impressive 16,500-pound lifting capacity, giving the standard four-column configuration a total capacity of 66,000 pounds. The system can also be expanded to six columns (99,000 lbs) or eight columns (132,000 lbs) to accommodate even larger commercial vehicles.
Powered by a 2.2 kW 24V DC motor with dual rechargeable batteries in each column, the ML-4030BC delivers cordless, dependable lifting without requiring a permanent installation. An advanced electronic synchronization system keeps every column lifting evenly, while hydraulic flow control and mechanical safety locks provide redundant protection throughout the lifting process. Each column is equipped with an LCD display showing its exact lifting height, an emergency stop button, and adjustable wheel forks that accommodate tire diameters from 19 to 44 inches, making the system compatible with a wide variety of commercial vehicles.
