Delivery — What to Expect
6–12 days from order to your driveway.

Day 0
You place the order
We confirm stock with the manufacturer straight away. If anything is on backorder, we email you before the payment is taken.

Business days 1–5
It leaves the warehouse
Your tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of the unit shipping.

Then 5–7 days
In transit by freight
It travels strapped to a pallet with a freight carrier — not UPS or FedEx.

Day 6–12
Delivered to your curb
The freight company phones ahead to book a delivery window with you first.
What to have ready on delivery day

Curbside means curbside
The driver unloads at the end of your driveway. Moving it inside and installing it aren’t part of freight delivery.

Plan how you’ll move it
A forklift, a tractor with forks, or a few strong people and an engine hoist. Tell us before it ships if you need a liftgate on the truck.

Someone needs to sign for it
The carrier books an appointment window, so plan for an adult to be on site when the truck arrives.

Inspect it before you sign
Walk the pallet, check for crushed corners or torn wrap, and write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Signing a clean receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.
