The Atlas® TC755EZ is a professional-grade tilt-back rim clamp tire changer designed for high-volume tire shops, dealerships, and service centers. This model includes the E-Z right-side assist arm, which combines the best features of the dual assist system — a pressing/lifting disc, bead roller, and pressing block — to make tire mounting and demounting faster, safer, and more efficient.
The foot-operated tilt-back column allows quick and easy tire changes without manually repositioning the arm, while the pneumatic locking mount/demount head minimizes movement during operation, reducing the risk of rim or tire damage. The TC755EZ also comes equipped with an extra-large turntable capable of handling most 26-inch chrome rims without additional adapters.
Built with a powerful hand-controlled bead breaker and a built-in “Beadblaster” inflation system, this machine easily handles even stiff or hard-to-inflate sidewalls. The air-operated jaws with optional plastic covers secure the wheel safely, and their adjustable three-position design accommodates a wide variety of rim sizes.
