The iDEAL MSC-18K-X ALI Certified Mobile Column Lift System delivers exceptional lifting power and versatility for heavy-duty vehicle maintenance. Available in configurations of two, four, or six columns, the system offers lifting capacities of 36,000 lbs, 72,000 lbs, and up to 108,000 lbs, making it ideal for servicing fire trucks, school buses, and large commercial vehicles.
Each column operates on a 24VDC battery-powered system with an onboard charging unit, providing reliable, cordless operation. The PLC-controlled synchronization and optical encoder feedback ensure smooth, level lifting across all columns. A user-friendly control panel on each column allows for individual, paired, or synchronized operation, giving technicians full control from any position.
The compact, mobile design and pallet jack-style movement system make setup and storage fast and efficient, turning any flat bay into a lift-ready workspace. Optional ALI-certified accessories extend the system’s functionality for passenger vehicles, light-duty trucks, and wheel-free lifting applications—enhancing shop productivity and space utilization.
