Katool provides a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and manufacturing defects at no charge. An optional 2-year extended warranty is available for Katool and M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Hydraulic cylinders, power units, motors, displays, and electronics

• Vehicle lifts include an additional 3-year structural warranty

Warranty Conditions:

• Claims must be submitted within the active warranty period.

• Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase or the original order number from an authorized vendor.

• Replacement parts and shipping are provided at no cost.

• All claims must be reviewed and approved by the Katool warranty/service department.

• Photos or videos of defects may be requested during evaluation.

• Equipment must not be disassembled prior to inspection or approval.
