Katool provides a 1-year limited warranty covering all parts and manufacturing defects at no cost. A 2-year extended warranty option is available for Katool and M&E automotive equipment.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

• Power units, motors, displays, electronic components, and cylinders

• Vehicle lifts include an additional 3-year structural warranty

Warranty Conditions:

• Claims must be filed within the warranty period.

• Warranty is non-transferable and requires proof of purchase or order number from an authorized vendor.

• Replacement parts and shipping are provided free of charge.

• All claims must be approved by Katool’s warranty/service department.

• Photos or videos may be required to verify the issue.

• Equipment must not be disassembled before approval.

• Items outside warranty coverage will require the buyer to cover replacement and shipping costs.
