  • Inspect it before you sign Walk the pallet, check for crushed corners or torn wrap, and write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Signing a clean receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.

Each tower runs the same 10-ton hydraulic circuit with a full 360-degree radius, so technicians can approach a pull from whichever angle the damage calls for.
