  • Someone needs to sign for it The carrier books an appointment window, so plan for an adult to be on site when the truck arrives.
  • Inspect it before you sign Walk the pallet, check for crushed corners or torn wrap, and write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Signing a clean receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.

This 18-foot rack ships as a full kit rather than a bare frame — the hydraulic pump, clamps, and pulling chains are already in the box, so there's no secondary order to place before the first vehicle goes on the bed.

A 10-ton hydraulic system and 360-degree pulling radius cover unibody cars, SUVs, and full-size trucks, while the included clamps anchor a variety of pinch-weld points without needing shop-fabricated adapters.
