  • Plan how you’ll move it A forklift, a tractor with forks, or a few strong people and an engine hoist. Tell us before it ships if you need a liftgate on the truck.
  • Someone needs to sign for it The carrier books an appointment window, so plan for an adult to be on site when the truck arrives.
  • Inspect it before you sign Walk the pallet, check for crushed corners or torn wrap, and write any damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Signing a clean receipt makes a damage claim much harder to win.

Round pads are not always the best match for big trucks. The AMGO 21103 frame cradle adapters, sometimes called frame cradle pads or saddle adapters, are an optional set of four steel saddles that cradle the frame rail itself, so full-size trucks and SUVs sit more securely on compatible AMGO two-post lifts.

They swap in for the standard pads in moments and spread the load more evenly than round pads, which helps on rigs with wide frame rails or with fuel tanks tucked up close to the frame. This AMGO OH-12, OH-12S, OH-15 and BP-12 accessory is a smart add-on for any shop that lifts heavy pickups.
