Heavy-Duty and Truck Wheel Balancers

A truck wheel balancer has a stronger shaft, motor and frame than a standard balancer, so it can spin and measure heavy semi-truck, bus and light truck wheels accurately. Many also balance car wheels, so one machine can cover a mixed fleet.

Choosing a Truck Wheel Balancer

  • Wheel weight: The Triumph NTB-1200 handles wheels up to 350 lb, the Atlas WBT-210 balances everything from a 14" steel rim to a 300 lb semi-truck tire, and the Tuxedo WB-448 handles wheels up to 298 lb.
  • Wheel lift: The Tuxedo WB-448 includes a pneumatic wheel lift to make loading heavy wheels easier.
  • Size range: The Katool KT-B795L handles 13"–24" rims, 1.5"–20" widths and wheels up to 51" for bus and truck tires. The NTB-1200 handles 10"–28" rims and tires up to 51".
  • Budget: The Katool KT-B795L is the most affordable option. The Atlas WBT-210 is the top of our range.

Complete Your Truck Tire Bay

Pair your balancer with a truck tire changer, or save with a truck tire changer and balancer combo like the Atlas TTC + WBT-210, Katool KT-T160 + KT-B795L or Triumph NTC-690 + NTB-1200. Add adapters from wheel service accessories.

Can a truck wheel balancer balance car wheels?

Yes. The balancers in this collection are built for both truck and passenger car wheels. Check the rim range and adapters on each product page.

Do I need a wheel lift?

Truck wheels can weigh 200–300 lb or more, so a wheel lift like the one included with the Tuxedo WB-448 makes loading safer and easier, especially for one technician.
